Quick fixes first
- No voice alert? Check that DukaanBox has notification access in your phone’s settings and that battery saver isn’t closing the app.
- Wrong language? Open the app and change the alert language anytime - English, Hindi, Hinglish, Marathi, Gujarati, Punjabi, Tamil, Telugu, Kannada or Bengali.
- Numbers look off? The collection report counts payments announced on this phone. Pull down to refresh, and check the date range selected at the top.
- Alerts stopped after a phone update? Android sometimes resets notification access. Re-grant it, then send yourself a ₹1 test payment to confirm.
Request a copy of your data, or delete it
Your collection history lives on your phone, so uninstalling DukaanBox or clearing the app’s storage removes it. To ask for a copy of what we hold in our support records, or to have those records deleted, email naveen@ferridian.com with:
- the subject line Data request - DukaanBox;
- whether you want a copy of your data or deletion;
- the mobile number or email you used when you contacted us.
We acknowledge within 24 hours, complete the request within 30 days, and confirm in writing when it is done. There is no charge. See the Privacy Policy for what we keep and for how long.
Not happy with a reply?
Our grievance officer is Naveen, reachable at naveen@ferridian.com. Complaints are acknowledged within 24 hours and resolved within 15 days.
